Returns & Exchanges

At Good Behavior, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
